Return & Refund Policy

At Home Stream Park, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every piece of furniture and electronic appliance we provide. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help through our 15-day return policy.

1. Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. If 15 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure your product meets the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be undamaged, free from signs of wear, and in working order (unless claiming for shipping damage).

  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase or receipt from Home Stream Park.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products that have been assembled (for specific furniture categories).

  • Promotional items or "Final Sale" items.

  • Electronic products where the seal has been broken or the device has been activated (unless there is a manufacturing defect).

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via our official email or contact number. Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos or videos of the product's condition (especially if the item is damaged or defective).

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected for quality standards, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund:

  • If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

  • If rejected: We will provide an explanation for the rejection and return the item to you (shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer).

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or factory defect), we will cover all return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind or wrong model chosen), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
